Fee Schedule & Additional Charges
Below is a detailed overview of potential additional fees related to travel, expanded scope, and extra services. All fees are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Travel Fees
Standard Travel (one-way distance from our primary location):
- 0–20 miles: No charge
- 21–40 miles: $50 per onsite visit
- 41+ miles: $100 per onsite visit
Travel distance is calculated one way from our primary location to your site.
The number of onsite visits is based on the agreed scope of work.
Any additional visits requested after the engagement begins may require a revised engagement fee.
No additional work or onsite visits will be performed without prior client approval.
Overnight Travel (when required)
Billed at actual, reasonable cost, up to the limits below:
- Lodging: up to $100 per night
- Meals: up to $60 per day
- Airfare: actual reasonable cost, when required
- Rental vehicles: actual reasonable cost, when required
- Tolls and parking: actual reasonable cost, when required
Additional Services & Scope Adjustments
Additional locations / expanded scope:
Onsite visits included in original agreement at no extra charge, locations requiring substantially independent analysis or onsite work may be quoted separately.
- Additional onsite assessment: Half day ($250) or Full day ($400)
- Additional location audits: Stabilizing ($2,500), Growth ($4,000), or Comprehensive ($6,000)
- Additional retainer locations: Start at +$2,500 per month
- Deeper analysis: Expanded ($1,500), Advanced ($2,500), or Complex (quoted)
- Additional staff training: Half day ($500) or Full day ($1,000)
- Expedited work: +15–25% of the audit cost
Scope Changes & Approvals
Any expansion of scope, additional locations, or extra services will be documented in a new proposal, including applicable fees, and submitted for your approval before any additional work is performed.
